Scoop-t-Doo In Home Pet Services: Policies

  • Initial consultations for pet sitting MUST be done at least 48 hours prior to pet sitters first visit. If not, there will be a $20 last minute booking fee.
  • Payment for services can be paid before service begins or after. This aspect is up to the client. However, if payment is not paid in full within 7 days of service being complete, there is a $5 per week late charge.
  • For pet sitting visits: please book the appropriate amount of time for your pets needs. If more time is required than booked, you will be billed and responsible for paying for any extra time taken to care for your home &/or pet. 
  • All animals and environments must be parasite free. If fleas, ticks, or other parasites are found when caring for your home or pet, your pet service technician will purchase & apply any necessary preventative and client will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of treatment as well as time taken to do so.
  • If any appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 100% of service fee will still apply and no refunds will be given.
  • For weekly waste removal service: if the temperature rises above 95 degrees or falls below 25 degrees, scooping will be suspended and picked back up the next week. Same goes for inclement weather. If there is more than 1" of rain, ice, or snow accumulation, service will be suspended. No credits or service extensions are given for missed visits due to weather.
